JIEI welcomes contributions from researchers, educators, industry professionals, postgraduate scholars and interdisciplinary research teams worldwide.
Manuscripts are evaluated according to their:
- Originality and significance
- Technical and methodological soundness
- Relevance to the journal’s scope
- Quality of experimental or analytical validation
- Clarity and completeness of presentation
- Ethical compliance and research integrity
- Potential scientific, industrial or societal contribution
Authors can expect a fair, confidential and constructive editorial process. Peer review is intended not only to assess manuscripts but also to help authors improve the accuracy, clarity and value of their research.
JIEI encourages authors to report methods, datasets, parameter settings, evaluation procedures, limitations and conflicts of interest transparently. Claims should be supported by appropriate evidence, meaningful comparisons and reproducible procedures wherever possible.
